ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Being an Project Manager accountable for quality, timing, project cost and stakeholders management related to the project
- Leading cross functional project teams
- Leading modifications process (i.e. change requests, cost reductions, lead-time & targets)
- Managing budget and project team (cross functional & international)
- Enhancing project communication
- Animating risk assessment, escalations and continuous improvement proposals
- Supporting GOVECS strategy to execute the overall Product Road Map 2025
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management experience with min +3 years of proven track records (preferable from automotive industry or engineering)
- Fluency in English to be able to work on daily basis (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Great leadership and effective communication skills
- Flexible and open to new challenges
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® or IPMA-C level preferable
